HSBC Life Singapore invites a seasoned training leader to join as Vice President, Distribution Training. You will design, develop, and deliver training for the sales force across tied channels, Bancassurance, FA partners, and brokers, with a wealth-planning focus.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and training experience within the financial planning industry.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the flexibility to tailor content for different audiences.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in training, learning & development, or financial planning.
• Experience designing and evaluating training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver effective training solutions for the sales force across tied channels, Bancassurance, FA partners, and brokers
• Focus on wealth planning and product solutions to enhance sales capabilities and client engagement
• Contribute to the organization’s product strategy by participating in product implementation work group
• Conceptualize product value propositions and ensure training materials align with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Support channel engagement initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, policies, and products
• Enhance productivity through targeted training programs that strengthen sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
