Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification as listed: Local Diploma or higher.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred for progression.
• Sales, customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand clients' financial goals, needs and priorities.
• Conduct financial needs and risk profile assessments.
• Recommend suitable financial solutions based on client circumstances.
• Support wealth accumulation, financial protection, retirement, education and legacy planning.
• Prepare and review clients' financial plans.
• Provide ongoing client servicing and relationship management.
• Develop advisory skills through training and coaching.
• Work with business owners to identify and manage corporate financial risks where applicable.
