Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive digital platform capabilities for TMRW across the region. You will collaborate with Digital Platform Leads and cross-functional teams to own end-to-end delivery, manage the product backlog, and translate customer insights into actionable journeys.

The role requires 8+ years of Product Owner experience, strong Agile knowledge, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience as Product Owner.
• PMP, Design thinking/LEAN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital platform capabilities for TMRW.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritisation across regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for platform capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital platform features and user journeys.
