Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd seeks a VP, Data Products & Innovation to lead enterprise Data Products and Data-as-a-Service initiatives. You will transform priority data assets into trusted, governed, reusable data products enabling analytics, AI, reporting and value creation across the bank.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise data applications and analytics enablement.
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data initiatives in banking or regulated environments.
Experience building or scaling data products and self-service data platforms.
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and drive outcomes.
Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality and data risk management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, data, technology, governance and risk.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise Data Products and Data-as-a-Service strategies.
Define operating model for data products including ownership and lifecycle.
Identify data product use cases with clear business objectives and adoption plans.
Promote reusable, governed data products as alternatives to one-off delivery.
Coordinate data services, guidance and training for adoption.
