Qualifications

• Strong customer facing skills and stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience in payments risk, fraud and compliance.
• 10+ years in management with global teams.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
• Willing to travel periodically.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a regional customer engagement strategy for APAC.
• Lead a geographically distributed team to deliver programs.
• Improve safety and security of transactions via risk initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive performance.
• Provide MIS analytics and reporting to stakeholders.
• Represent Mastercard in global risk and franchise reviews.
