Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Franchise Innovation to shape new business models and technology across Asia Pacific.

You will lead innovative solutions for franchise growth, interoperability, and world-class end-user experiences while aligning with regional strategies. The role requires deep payments domain knowledge, product development experience, and the ability to collaborate across functions and regions to drive initiatives that protect brand integrity and deliver

Qualifications

Experience with account-based payments, crypto or open banking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to interact with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver corporate strategies for innovative solutions and new business initiatives.
Provide franchise thought leadership to enable growth and faster decision-making on rules.
Develop concepts to expand Franchise value while protecting Mastercard assets.
Stay ahead of trends and assess impact on licenses, rules, and systems.
Define new products and customer types to transform the payment ecosystem regionally.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements on standards and assets.
Ensure new products protect brand integrity while driving growth.
Execute team goals to achieve Franchise priorities with regional objectives.
