Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President for Franchise Innovation in Singapore. The role focuses on evolving franchise offerings and creating new business models and technology for growth across Asia Pacific.

Lead specialized initiatives that enable interoperability, scale, and differentiated value for Mastercard customers while protecting the brand and assets. This position reports to SVP, Franchise AP regional lead and Franchise Innovation leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in account-based payments, crypto or open banking.
• Bachelor's degree and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and influence across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver corporate strategies for new franchise initiatives and product flows.
• Provide franchise thought leadership to enable growth and faster decisions.
• Develop concepts to expand franchise while protecting Mastercard assets.
• Monitor market trends and assess impact on licenses, rules, and systems.
• Guide new products and customer types to transform the payments ecosystem.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align standards and Mastercard assets.
• Ensure new products protect brand integrity while driving growth.
• Drive team goals to meet Franchise priorities with regional objectives.
