Job summary

Citi Singapore is seeking a proactive Institutional Sales professional to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and deliver best-in-class distribution solutions. You will collaborate across Markets and Citi businesses to set up a robust, interoperable framework.

In this role, you will partner with sales technology leaders, work with Risk and Operations, and guide technology resources to achieve alignment with in-business goals, while ensuring data integrity

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs with stakeholders and design solutions for Sales implementation.
• Understand and set up Markets framework for cross-functional success across Citi.
• Partner with sales technology leaders to standardize systems for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with Risk and Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Guide technology resources on- and offshore while aligning to business priorities.
• Oversee data procurement, organization and distribution within Markets and Citi.
• Ensure strong marketing/communication strategy; analyze adoption metrics and drive improvements.
• Maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance across platforms.
