Job summary

Citi is seeking a Client Insight VP to lead analytics, reporting and CRM delivery for Markets, collaborating with product, data, and business management teams. This role acts as the bridge between business and technology to achieve Markets goals and broader Citi initiatives across Client, Banking and Services.

Responsibilities include driving stakeholder-aligned solutions, setting up interoperable frameworks, and guiding technology resources to deliver end-to-end capabilities while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; master’s a plus.

• Prior experience as a critical partner/liaison bringing together Business & Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements to empower this Sales, designing best-in-class solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.
• Understand the Markets framework, and set it up for success, leveraging interoperability between Markets, its constituent businesses and the broader Citi businesses where applicable.
• Partner with in-business sales technology leaders to create a systems standard that is stronger than the sum of its parts, focusing on areas of maximum impact.
• Collaborate with the second line in Risk and Operations to deliver solutions that can be deployed end to end.
• Work with Technology partners to manage the work slate and guide technology resources on- and offshore while aligning to business goals.
• Oversee the procurement, organization, and distribution of client data within Markets and across Citi as relevant.
• Ensure strong marketing and communication strategy; analyze, report and track adoption metrics, and put in place initiatives to increase adoption.
• Engage on efforts relevant to ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy and regulatory mandates.
• Help develop forward-looking vision and strategy to build state-of-the-art distribution platforms for the future, staying current on external CRM developments.

The JANA & AS Client Insight VP will play a pivotal role in executing the strategy for delivering our client analytics, reporting and CRM capabilities to the Markets business in JANA & AS working in close collaboration with key stakeholders across products and functions including data and systems as well as client management, client strategy and business management organizations. Along with the regional heads in NAM and EMEA, the successful candidate will be the de‑facto bridge between the business and technology to deliver the goals of Markets as well as broader initiatives across Client, Banking and Services.
