Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a Client Insight VP to lead delivery of client analytics, reporting and CRM capabilities for Markets, collaborating with product, data, and governance teams. You will bridge business and technology across Citi, coordinating with regional heads in NAM and EMEA to align with firm-wide goals, and oversee data quality, privacy and platform distribution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; masters preferred.
• Technology and Analytics knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to pull together technology teams to advance business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and design solutions.
• Understand the Markets framework and enable interoperability across businesses.
• Partner with sales tech leaders to standardize systems for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with Risk and Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work with Technology to manage the work slate and align with goals.
• Oversee data procurement, organization, and distribution across Markets and Citi.
• Ensure strong marketing and communication strategy and adoption metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy and regulatory mandates.
• Help develop forward-looking vision to build distribution platforms.
