Job summary

Senior Business Analyst role in Cash Management and Digital Channels within a leading corporate bank in Singapore. You will lead end‑to‑end business analysis, write BRDs and user stories, and guide solution design for payments, collections and liquidity initiatives.

The successful candidate has 12+ years in banking or related domains, strong stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience with large‑scale transformations, Agile delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking or Digital Channels.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑country transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in corporate payments, collections, liquidity management and cash operations.
• Hands‑on experience writing BRDs, user stories, requirement specification and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business, product, technology and operations leaders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, audit and compliance requirements in corporate banking.
• Solid knowledge of digital channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, API, H2H) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA backlog management and cross‑functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for Cash Management initiatives covering Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Virtual Accounts and Digital Channels.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements, specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive requirements workshops, stakeholder alignment and solution design across Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance.
• Perform impact assessments across systems, processes, customer journeys and operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain business process flows, functional specifications, service blueprints and traceability matrices.
• Support large‑scale programme delivery including SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, change management and release readiness.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, security and operational standards.
• Challenge requirements constructively and recommend scalable, customer‑centric alternatives aligned with industry best practices.
