Job summary

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in Singapore seeks a seasoned planning professional to drive CMA/ASDV strategies, annual plans, budgets, and performance reporting. Qualifications

7 to 10 years of relevant experience in banking, capital markets, or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of capital markets products and operational processes.
Experience supporting governance, regulatory, audit, risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support CMA and ASDV strategies, annual business plans and priority initiatives aligned with global objectives.
Drive budgeting, workforce planning, performance monitoring, forecasting and management reporting.
Develop management presentations and executive-level analyses to inform decisions.
Coordinate with Head Office, regional offices and functions on governance and organizational initiatives.
Contribute to operating model design, cross-entity collaboration and dual-hatting frameworks.
Enhance governance and operational effectiveness across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen reporting frameworks.
Coordinate audit, regulatory, risk and control initiatives with timely delivery and accountability.
Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects supporting growth and transformation.
