OCBC Group is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst (VP level) to join the Group Wealth Platform initiative. You will liaise with business units and senior stakeholders to elicit requirements, shape end-to-end IT solutions, and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk considerations.

You will translate business needs into practical technology designs, collaborate with teams in technology and business units, and drive clarity and delivery for strategic wealth management projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis or solution management in finance.
• Strong wealth management product knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Experience documenting use cases, BRD/FS and process maps.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Elicit business needs and design end-to-end IT solutions for wealth platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to refine requirements.
• Define test strategies, support UAT, and clarify design questions.
• Guide project teams on FSD/BRD alignment and SMEs re-engagement when needed.
