Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the investment or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of life and health insurance, and investment products.
• A proven track record in managing advisors and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research to spot potential clients and business opportunities in Singapore.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with FA companies, creating a healthy pipeline of prospects through networking and engagement.
• Present Solutions: Support presentations and effectively communicate our value propositions to prospective clients.
• Engage Clients: Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their financial planning needs and challenges.
• Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Track Progress: Prepare regular updates on sales pipelines, engagement plans, and market insights for management review.
