DBS Bank MBFC Branch seeks a seasoned Relationship Management leader to hire, coach, and drive a wealth planning team focused on holistic financial planning and client engagement in Singapore.

You will ensure adherence to FA Act and regulatory standards while managing team performance, customer satisfaction, and resource use. CMFAS qualifications are advantageous and a strong track record in financial advisory is preferred.

Qualifications

• A good degree with at least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a good track record in financial advisory business management.
• Sound understanding of financial planning, wealth management products as well as banking operations.
• Good knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management, and business marketing strategies and techniques.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff and has relevant experience in development of high-performing relationship managers.
• Preferably with CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP qualifications would be an added advantage
