DBS Treasures is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the Treasures Centre-Newton. You will lead sales and advisory efforts, manage client relationships, and drive performance within a dynamic, service-focused team.

The role requires a strong track record in banking sales leadership, excellent people management, and the ability to balance client needs with regulatory requirements. Regular/full-time position with a focus on premium wealth clients in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking and finance with a proven track record in sales leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of accountability for assigned centres for all operations and service delivery.
• Review and implement work processes, procedures, and audit controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage the customer base and centre operating complexities.
• Lead and drive sales performance at individual and team levels to meet targets.
• Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance per regulatory and internal standards.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Foster a high-performance culture to attract, develop and retain staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of accountability for the assigned centres for all operational and service delivery

• Review and implement work processes, procedures, and audit controls to ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements

• Manage the customer base and operating complexities that exist within the centre

• Lead and drive sales performance on individual and team basis to achieve team’s overall business objectives and sales targets

• Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements

• Effectively deploy resources at the centre to maximize productivity

• Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop and retain high performing advisory staff

Requirements

• Degree Holder with minimum 8 years of work experience in banking and finance industry, preferably with a good track record in sales management

• Proven success leading sales management teams with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.

• Good knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management and business marketing strategies and techniques

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff.
