Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to support supplier management, sourcing, NPI and supply chain improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Singapore.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in related functions, experience in high-mix manufacturing, and strong abilities in cost analysis, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, commodity management, strategic sourcing, NPI or related function.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or high-mix semiconductor environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation and supply planning.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement, cost reduction and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Align supplier selection with global supply strategy and approved supplier list.
• Manage key suppliers and outsource partners across performance, cost, capacity, transfers and launches.
• Establish and manage sourcing contracts and supply agreements.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs and improvement actions.
• Ensure supplier capacity and forecasts support business requirements, including end-of-life planning.
• Manage DDMRP, Kanban and safety stock programs and ERP setup.
• Resolve supply and delivery issues while mitigating risks.
• Lead supply chain improvement and optimization projects across the organization.
• Support NPI and product transfers by coordinating sourcing, material requirements, PO tracking and supply readiness.
• Coordinate ECO impact assessment and implementation across the supply chain.
• Develop mitigation plans for capacity, material, lead-time and supply risks, including safety stock, VMI and Kanban.
• Drive supplier cost reduction and value-chain optimization initiatives.
