Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a driven Architecture Project Lead in Singapore to steer business development and design across diverse projects. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, engage clients, and shape architectural deliverables from concept to completion.

You will mentor junior designers, oversee contract administration, and ensure code compliance while coordinating overseas client interactions and competition initiatives. Strong leadership and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven BD and PM experience with client engagement.
• Strong leadership to guide design teams.
• Familiarity with architectural design processes and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across business development, design, supervision, and management.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, providing excellent service.
• Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and business development reports.
• Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality designs and presentations.
• Oversee competition preparation and uphold high design standards.
• Assist studios during development and competitions, including overseas client interactions.
• Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with design intent and codes.
• Manage multiple projects, potentially serving as QP, SO, or SO's Representative.
