Job summary

WSP Asia in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design from concept to tender and delivery. You will work with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure high-quality, compliant and sustainable designs.

This role requires a degree in Architecture, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with local codes and the ability to guide a team are essential; familiarity with generative AI for design is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in industrial, mission critical, transport and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, construction practices and sustainability design.
• Conversant with local codes & regulations.
• Ability to lead a team and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to use generative AI for architectural design, 3D rendering or video creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.
• Executes feasibility studies and presents design proposals.
• Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications.
• Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients.
• Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors.
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance.
• Assist projects bidding and presentation whenever required.
