Job summary

Gensler Singapore seeks an experienced Project Architect to lead design and delivery across a range of projects from concept through construction. You will collaborate with Practice Area Leaders, Studio Directors, and the Design Manager to develop design solutions and coordinate documentation.

Responsibilities include managing client briefings, leading project meetings, controlling programs and budgets, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 8 years of project experience, with preferred experience in commercial developments, office buildings, and workplace interiors.
• Registered Architect in Singapore.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery for a range of project types.
• Lead project meetings and presentations; ensure client is aligned on progress.
• Develop understanding of clients’ program requirements and standards for project delivery.
• Lead communication between project team, clients, contractors and consultants.
• Mentor junior staff and manage team performance and communication.
• Establish project budgets and milestone schedules with the Design Manager/Director.
• Ensure work meets client specifications and quality standards; timely delivery.
• Resolve complex design and technical issues during documentation and construction.
