Zusammenfassung

DayOne is seeking a senior professional to originate land and secure sites for Asia-Pacific data center campuses. You will lead due diligence, negotiate acquisitions, and coordinate with Development, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious deliveries.

Fluent English and deep relationships with utilities and regulators across APAC are essential, as is willingness to travel regularly to priority markets across the region.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in land origination, site development or power projects.
• Proven history securing land and power for data center campuses.
• Experience negotiating grid connections and power allocations in APAC.
• Strong relationships with utilities, landowners and regulators.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; willing to travel regularly.

Aufgaben

• Originate and secure APAC data center sites with landowners and regulators.
• Lead due diligence on zoning, titles, and power access.
• Negotiate land acquisitions and lease agreements to reach Investment Committee.
• Coordinate with Development, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Monitor power, water, fiber access and regulatory constraints by market.
