Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a dynamic Business Unit Specialist to drive AML/KYC 2.0 Transformation for GR, delivering regional capabilities across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. The role requires deep BA/PO expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate regulatory needs into scalable product solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Banking/Finance, IT or related field.
Minimum 8 years of Banking/Financial Services experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst/Product Owner experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AML/KYC solutions.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Act as the key liaison between business and technology for AML/KYC solutions.
