United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Lead Functional Business Analyst to guide the design of a unified compliance workflow for KYC/AML processes. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable user journeys while balancing security, governance, and business needs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder relationship management, team leadership, and end-to-end capabilities mapping across Singapore and regional units.

Qualificações

• Over 15 years of relevant banking experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC, Sanctions, Fraud in banking/insurance/asset management.
• Knowledge of global regulatory environment with emphasis on KYC developments.
• Strong product design and solutioning experience in compliance contexts.
• Familiar with change management and project management fundamentals.
• Ability to scope and evaluate overall considerations including scalability, cost, and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to align technology with business needs.
• Lead and coach a team of functional business analysts and upskill the workforce.
• Map delivery roadmaps, capabilities, and architecture views with PMs and tech teams.
• Elicit and review cross-group business requirements for enterprise-wide KYC/AML workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional/non-functional specs for delivery.
• Support governance, risk, and funding requests; manage scope and issues.
• Ensure post go-live knowledge retention through training and documentation.
