Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a dynamic VP, AML/KYC Business Unit Specialist to lead the AML/KYC capabilities across GR in a regional transformation program. This hybrid role supports Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam with a strong focus on product vision and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking / Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Banking / Financial services experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst/Product Owner experience in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products/features from conception to launch.
• Good knowledge of AML/KYC regulations & policy and strong stakeholder mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AML/KYC solutions.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between business units and technology for AML/KYC solutions.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis and translate to testable scenarios.
• Design, build and deploy AML/KYC solutions with T&O teams, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Analyze AML/KYC data to inform product decisions and drive adoption of capabilities.
• Define to-be processes and TOM, and conduct training to drive adoption and effectiveness.
