Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in AML and banking operations at a peer financial institution, with senior leadership experience.
• Strong track record in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost efficiency in large-scale operations.
• Deep AML domain knowledge, including sanctions and financial crime risk areas; MAS regulatory expectations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for AML Operations across clusters and non-cluster teams.
• Drive operational effectiveness, productivity, cost management, and regulatory risk outcomes.
• Engage with Group Retail Management, Group Compliance, and stakeholders to shape AML Operations strategy and governance.
• Lead capacity planning, hiring, performance management, and development within the AML Operations function.
