Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in AML and banking operations at a peer financial institution, with senior leadership experience.
Strong track record in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost efficiency in large-scale operations.
Deep AML domain knowledge, including sanctions and financial crime risk areas; MAS regulatory expectations familiarity.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end leadership for AML Operations across clusters and non-cluster teams.
Drive operational effectiveness, productivity, cost management, and regulatory risk outcomes.
Engage with Group Retail Management, Group Compliance, and stakeholders to shape AML Operations strategy and governance.
Lead capacity planning, hiring, performance management, and development within the AML Operations function.
