Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to lead enterprise value measurement, ROI management and governance for AI, data and digital investments. You will partner across Business, Finance, Risk and Technology to report business outcomes and optimize value realization.

You will validate assumptions, define KPIs and ensure auditable measurements, driving governance and informed investment decisions across the bank.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Risk Management or related consulting.
Strong understanding of ROI, NPV, IRR and Total Cost of Ownership.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive governance outcomes.
Excellent communication and analytical skills at executive level.

Responsibilities

Operationalize enterprise value measurement and ROI methodologies across AI, Data and Digital use cases.
Define value charters, baselines, KPIs and measurable financial benefits with stakeholders.
Validate data inputs, assumptions and methodologies for auditability and control.
Support governance, reporting to senior management, and board materials.
Drive adoption of standardized measurement practices across business units.
Coordinate with Technology, Risk and Finance to link value to investment decisions.
