About Our Client

We are partnering with a Fortune 500 organization seeking a senior transformation leader to join its Chief AI Officer organization and help drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the Chief AI Officer, this role operates across the Group on a global basis, partnering with senior business, functional, and technology leaders to accelerate AI adoption, modernize operating models, and deliver strategic transformation outcomes at scale. You will:

• Work closely with the Board of Directors and lead enterprise-wide transformation strategy focused on AI adoption, operating model modernization, process redesign, and capability transformation across business units and functions.
• Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to leverage GenAI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms to improve productivity, decision-making, and business performance.
• Drive the development and deployment of AI-enabled operating models, ensuring alignment between business priorities, governance requirements, and technology capabilities.
• Establish transformation governance, KPI frameworks, value realization metrics, and adoption mechanisms to measure business impact.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs spanning strategy, data, processes, people, technology, and change management.
• Influence the Board and C-suite leaders across global markets and functions to drive alignment, execution, and organizational adoption.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant has:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, digital transformation, AI strategy, data & analytics, management consulting, innovation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs within complex multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, machine learning, data platforms, analytics, cloud ecosystems, automation technologies, and digital operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy and technology, translating technical capabilities into enterprise value creation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
