Job summary

OKX in Singapore seeks a Senior Director/Vice President of Product, AI & Agent to own the full AI product agenda across consumer and internal workflows. You will shape strategy, drive delivery of a trusted, scalable AI platform, and partner with governance to ensure auditable and compliant outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align product vision with regulatory requirements, and communicate at executive levels in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product and tech with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record shipping conversational or agentic AI products.
• Experience in regulated environments requiring auditability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for OKX's conversational AI assistant.
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions (compliance, risk, fraud, operations).
• Design shared AI infrastructure across markets for governance and safety.
