Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Director of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot) to own the full AI product agenda—outward, via a crypto-native AI assistant, and inward, through agentic systems that elevate operations. This role unifies strategy, governance, and execution across user-facing and internal AI platforms.

You will drive the AI roadmap, ensure auditability and safety, and lead teams building scalable, regulatorily defensible AI products for global markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product & tech with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products.
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tools, evaluation, safety.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with auditability and explainability.
• Strong consumer product instinct with operational rigor.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; familiarity with financial markets.
