Job summary

OKX Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Director/VP of Product, AI & Agent to own the full AI product agenda—outward with a crypto-native assistant and inward with agentic systems for scalable, auditable operations.

You will lead user-facing AI strategy and internal AI platforms, ensuring trust, safety, and regulatory defensibility across markets. Requires 12+ years in product/tech and executive English/Mandarin fluency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale.
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor.
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant for onboarding, trading, information, and support.
• Own the internal agentic AI roadmap for compliance, risk, fraud, and operations; ensure regulatori-defensible outputs.
