Job summary

Singlife is seeking a commercially minded Adviser Proposition professional to shape how advisers are engaged, advised and converted in Singapore. You will build archetypes, translate market intelligence into compelling client conversations and practical playbooks that advisers can use in-market.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, wealth management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Adviser ecosystem.
• Experience translating insights into commercial propositions and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop adviser-focused propositions and playbooks for the FA channel.
• Turn field intelligence into commercial propositions and sales plays for distribution.
• Create persona-based narratives, conversation frameworks and solution journeys.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Product, Marketing and Insights to execute go-to-market plans.
