PRESBYTERIAN COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Executive to coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, deployment and engagement, working with the Volunteer Manager and community partners to keep activities well organised and documented.

You will support outreach, onboarding, orientation, match volunteers to roles and manage deployment schedules, serving as the day‑to‑day contact for volunteers and coordinating communications.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in volunteer management, community engagement, programme coordination or administration is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable using spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools.

About the Role
