Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to promote health supplements across islandwide locations.

You will engage walk-in customers, explain product benefits, and tailor recommendations to individual needs. The role requires strong communication, a passion for health and wellness, and ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. • Offer basic health advice and tailor product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Job description

Work location: Islandwide

Working hours: 6 days per week including both weekends, up to 44 hours per week

Salary: Between $2600 - $3000 (Depending on experiences) + Uncapped Commission (Average around $800-$1500) + AWS Bonus

Requirements
