Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a health and wellness retail role in Singapore. You will engage walk-in customers, promote health supplements, and explain benefits and usage in a clear, friendly manner.

You will provide basic health advice, tailor recommendations, and strive to meet daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining an attractive, well-stocked display and handling inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements.
• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner.
• Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escape issues when needed.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Job description

Work location: Islandwide

Working hours: 6 days per week including both weekends, up to 48 hours per week

Salary: Between $2600 - $3000 (Depending on experiences) + Uncapped Commission (Average around $800-$1500) + AWS Bonus
