Job summary

ELITEZ PTE. LTD. is hiring for a health supplement promoter to engage walk-in customers at various retail outlets and promotional events. You will explain product benefits and usage, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products to meet daily and weekly sales targets.

The role requires strong English communication, willingness to travel between outlets (up to ~1 hour), and a positive customer-oriented attitude. Training on products and branding will be provided.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate and converse well in English.
• Candidates with experience in health supplement, beauty or retail industry are welcome to apply.
• Sales, promoter or customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers.
• Must be willing to travel to different outlets based on operational requirements (travel of up to approximately 1 hour may be required).
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate health supplement products to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies and promotional events.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients and proper usage to customers.

• Work towards assigned daily and weekly sales targets and monitor product performance.
• Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked and aligned with branding guidelines.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the Sales and Marketing team.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns and product launches when required.
• Be prepared to support different retail outlets based on operational requirements.

Job description

Working hours: 10am - 7pm/ 9am - 6pm

Working days: 6 days a week - 48 hours

Location: Islandwide
