Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Sales Associate to promote health supplements at Islandwide locations. You will engage walk-in customers, explain product benefits, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

Candidates should have at least GCE N/O/A Levels, strong communication skills, and be prepared for retail hours including weekends. Base salary ranges SGD 2,600–3,000 plus uncapped commission and AWS bonus, with staff discounts and medical/dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent.
• Background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements.
• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients clearly.
• Offer basic health advice and tailor product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
• Participate in roadshows, promotions, and product launches.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Job description

Work location: Islandwide

Working hours: 6 days per week including both weekends, up to 48 hours per week

Salary: Between $2600 - $3000 (Depending on experiences) + Uncapped Commission (Average around $800-$1500) + AWS Bonus

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
