Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a health supplements sales role located islandwide. The position requires engaging customers, explaining products, and meeting sales targets. You must work retail hours including weekends, with a base salary of SGD 2,600–3,000 plus uncapped commission and monthly AWS bonus.

Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for health and wellness are important. Training and product knowledge will be provided to help you excel in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent.
• Background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
• Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge and promotions.

Work location: Islandwide

Working hours: 6 days per week including both weekends, up to 44 hours per week

Salary: Between $2600 - $3000 (Depending on experiences) + Uncapped Commission (Average around $300-$1500) + AWS Bonus paid monthly
