Job summary

Beyond The Vines, a multidisciplinary design studio in Singapore, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive to drive VM across its retail spaces. You will translate campaigns and product launches into engaging environments, plan layouts, and oversee in-store activations from concept to setup.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and E‑commerce teams, manage timelines and vendors, and adapt concepts for international stores.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, spatial design, or related field.
• Strong visual eye with sense of styling and storytelling.
• Hands-on and able to translate concepts into practical VM solutions.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region.

We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive to support the development and execution of Beyond The Vines’ visual merchandising across our retail spaces. Based in HQ, you’ll work closely with the Visual Merchandising team and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations to life — translating creative direction into thoughtful, engaging physical environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute Visual Merchandising (VM) strategies for key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations across HQ and international stores.
• Conceptualise and deliver innovative VM displays that elevate in-store experience and strengthen brand storytelling.
• Conceptualise and develop set designs for campaigns, product launches, pop-ups, and retail activations, translating creative direction into physical environments that enhance brand storytelling.

Project Management & Store Activations

• Own end-to-end VM project management, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for store activations.
• Oversee installation and set-up of VM displays, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Execute technical drawings and documentation for store activations and VM set‑ups.
• Support expansion initiatives, including new store openings, pop-ups, and special retail concepts across local and international markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail, and E‑commerce teams to ensure consistency of visual presentation across physical stores, livestream setups, and digital platforms.
• Partner with Production team on procurement, build, and installation of VM elements, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment of props and materials.

Requirements include:

• 2–4 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, spatial design, retail design, set design, or a related field
• Strong visual eye with a good sense of styling, composition, space, and storytelling
• Hands‑on and comfortable working across both creative development and on‑site execution
• Able to translate creative concepts into practical, executable VM solutions
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Comfortable working across different store formats, markets, and cross‑functional teams
• Willing to support installations, store openings, and activations outside of regular working hours where required
