Job summary

Beyond The Vines, a multidisciplinary design studio in Singapore, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive to drive VM across its retail spaces. You will translate campaigns and product launches into engaging environments, plan layouts, and oversee in-store activations from concept to setup.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and E‑commerce teams, manage timelines and vendors, and adapt concepts for international stores.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, spatial design, or related field.
• Strong visual eye with sense of styling and storytelling.
• Hands-on and able to translate concepts into practical VM solutions.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VM strategies for campaigns, launches, and activations across HQ and international stores.
• Conceptualise and deliver innovative VM displays; strengthen brand storytelling.
• Develop set designs for campaigns and retail activations translating creative direction into physical environments.
