ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Visitor Experience Ambassador to be deployed across ticketing, queue management and experience zones for a large-scale themed exhibition in Singapore.

The role focuses on welcoming visitors, guiding them through zones, and ensuring smooth event operations while maintaining a welcoming visitor experience. Training will be provided; availability covers Dec 2026 to Jun 2027.

• Attend required training sessions and daily operational briefings.

As a Visitor Experience Ambassador, you will be deployed across ticketing, queue management and experience zones. You will help ensure smooth event operations while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.

• Welcome visitors and provide information about the exhibition.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with visitors.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Patient and able to remain calm when managing crowds or challenging situations.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work effectively in a busy and crowded environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience would be advantageous.
• Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions would be a plus.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Training will be provided.

Availability

• Full-time applicants must be able to commit to the full event period.
• Part-time applicants must be able to commit to at least three shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.
• All applicants must be available for the required pre-event training.
