Job summary

Hilton Singapore is seeking a Guest Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs and outstanding service throughout their stay.

You will deliver memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs, resolving issues promptly and maintaining Hilton's high standards of hospitality across all departments. This role requires flexibility and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of guest-facing experience in hospitality or related service industries.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills with professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a WOW guest experience and be main contact for VIP guests.
• Brief hotel departments on VIP guest requirements.
• Ensure consistent high-quality service to meet executive guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage desk queue and assist with arrivals/departures at front desk.
• Coach new Guest Experience Executives on their roles.
• Adhere to security, health and safety regulations.
