Job summary
Blockchain.com is seeking an Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist to own the end-to-end partner ecosystem from Singapore. You will drive high-volume, high-value users into wealth.blockchain.com and other core products, building elite networks beyond generic affiliates.
You will hunt partners across Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and on-chain forums, design incentive structures, and ensure tracking and payouts run flawlessly to maximize lifetime value and growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within Web3/crypto or crypto exchanges.
- Deep crypto literacy and on-chain activity.
- Proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates and communities.
- Relentless outreach mindset with cold-pitch experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills to build win–win commissions.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and optimize Blockchain.com’s global Web3 affiliate and partner network.
- Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high-signal affiliates and communities.
- Leverage your personal network of whales and traders on day one.
- Design custom incentive structures to drive traffic to wealth.blockchain.com and other products.
- Manage partnerships and provide partners with assets and early product access.
