Job summary

OKX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Affiliate and KOL marketing channels focusing on regulated markets such as Europe and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth within a leading crypto exchange or similar platforms, with an emphasis on data optimization and ecosystem building.

You will own the affiliate product strategy, manage campaign operations, and ensure the effective onboarding and measurement of affiliate partners. A strong analytical mindset and fluency in English and Mandarin are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities to design quality scoring and retention analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate product strategy for regulated markets.
• Build systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality and ROI.
