Tencent is seeking a senior sales leader to spearhead acquisition of new performance advertising clients in Vietnam, focusing on casual/hyper-casual mobile games. You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth across cross-functional teams.

Fluency in Vietnamese and strong English are required to operate effectively in this market. You will build an overseas sales system, leverage partnerships, and represent Tencent at local events to drive ongoing

Qualificações

• 5+ years in overseas performance advertising sales or business development.
• Vietnamese fluency plus working English for day-to-day selling and negotiations.
• Entrepreneurship: thrives in 0→1 environments with ownership mindset.
• Leadership: owns market or region with revenue responsibility.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of performance advertising, programmatic buying, and mobile attribution.
• Experience in a multinational/matrixed organization is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Vietnam growth strategy and GTM plan for mobile games and apps.
• Build a multi-channel sourcing engine to engage advertisers.
• Lead executive relationships; conduct discovery, pitching and negotiation in Vietnamese.
• Manage the full sales cycle from pitches to contract signing and onboarding.
• Develop overseas sales systems and playbooks for repeatable wins.
• Partner with Operations, Product and Engineering to capture client needs.
• Drive cross-unit collaboration for international expansion.
• Represent Vietnam in market events and communities to generate leads.
• Feed local market realities back to Product, Ops and Marketing.
