Responsibilities

• Own Vietnam growth strategy and go-to-market plan across Mobile Games, Apps and other performance advertisers in Vietnam.
• Build and manage a multi-channel sourcing engine.
• Win and own executive relationships; lead client meetings and close deals.
• Create and deliver sales pitches; manage negotiations and onboarding.
• Develop overseas sales systems and playbooks for repeatable wins.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Engineering to align client requirements.
• Represent Tencent at Vietnam market events and build referral networks.
