Job summary

Trustway Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior structured finance professional to originate, structure, and execute financing transactions across Southeast Asia, including acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and project finance.

You will advise clients on capital structure, build financial models, perform credit and industry analyses, and prepare materials for approvals while coordinating across coverage, risk, legal, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Min 6 years of experience in Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Strong financial modelling, credit analysis, and corporate finance knowledge.
• Solid understanding of debt products, financing structures, and transaction execution processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience covering Southeast Asia and cross-border transactions is advantageous.
