Job summary

OCBC Group seeks an experienced Data & AI Programme Manager to lead delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group in Singapore. This role drives end-to-end management of cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, governance frameworks and operating model transformation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in programme management, strong data governance knowledge, and experience in large-scale transformations within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.

• Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains. Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting. Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives. Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning. Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations. Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation. Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
