  • Transform the Software Delivery Lifecycle: Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and engineering toolchains to improve developer productivity, software quality, operational resilience, and delivery velocity.
  • Engineer Enterprise Knowledge Systems: Build and maintain knowledge platforms spanning codebases, architecture repositories, documentation, operational runbooks, and post-mortems to power context-aware AI agents and workflows.
  • Drive AI Adoption Across Engineering: Partner with engineering teams to define best practices, reference architectures, and golden paths that accelerate safe and effective adoption of AI technologies.
  • Lead by Example: Contribute as a senior individual contributor on critical business initiatives and strategic technology programs across Group Wealth Engineering when required.
