Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in banking/financial services with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• CFA or related certifications are a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
