Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in wealth management, strong markets knowledge, and certifications such as CFP or CWM. You will drive growth, collaborate across product teams, and uphold governance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Accreditations: M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI.
• 5+ years of wealth management experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and wealth strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
• CFP, CWM or similar certifications are advantageous.

Job Description

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored wealth management solutions.

Business Development

• Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure full compliance with international banking regulations (e.g., FAA, FATCA, CRS).
• Proactively manage risks and maintain high standards of governance and ethical conduct.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders.
• Deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI)
• Proven track record of success in wealth management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CWM, or similar are advantageous.
